Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote, we receive your name, email, phone number, property or company name if provided, location, coverage preferences, schedule, and the message you enter. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements, and prepare or follow up on a proposal.
Please do not submit access codes, government identification, payment details, or confidential security plans through this form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive assignment information.
How your inquiry reaches us
We use FormSubmit to process the form and deliver your inquiry to info@proguardsecurityllc.com. FormSubmit and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and handle that message. Calling or emailing us directly is also available.
Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. We may contact you about your inquiry using the details you provide.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, this website records daily totals for page views, quote link clicks, quotes started, requests accepted by the delivery provider, and phone or email link clicks. The analytics database stores only the date, one of the website’s page paths, an event category, and a count.
Our analytics do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, full referring URLs, IP addresses, or persistent visitor identifiers. They do not use advertising pixels or create visitor profiles. Counts are not unique visitor totals and do not prove that a call was completed or an email was read. Aggregate records older than 180 days are removed when new activity is recorded.
Cookies and browser preferences
Your analytics choice is saved in local browser storage for up to 180 days. This preference is necessary to remember your choice; it is not an advertising cookie. Optional analytics stay off unless you accept them. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not affect the quote form.
You can change your choice using at any time. Changing to “Reject optional” stops future analytics events from this browser. Previously collected totals cannot be associated with or removed for an individual visitor because they contain no visitor identifier.
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics off. The hosting or sign-in service may use separate cookies needed to provide access, security, and site operation. Fonts and images are served with this website, without a third-party font request.
Hosting, security, and sharing
Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to run and secure their services. Quote details are shared with service providers needed to handle your inquiry and with ProGuard personnel who need them for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for targeted advertising. HTTPS protects information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your requests
We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, follow up, manage any resulting service relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider retention practices may differ. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, subject to applicable obligations and our ability to verify the request.
