Quote requests and service agreements
A form submission is an inquiry. It does not reserve officers, confirm availability, establish pricing, or create a security services contract. The confirmation screen means the delivery provider accepted your request; it does not mean coverage has been approved or scheduled.
Staffing, responsibilities, location, hours, fees, and other service terms must be agreed separately in writing by you and ProGuard. A signed service agreement governs the assignment and takes priority over general descriptions on this website.
Urgent needs and emergencies
This website and quote form are not emergency reporting channels. Call 911 for an emergency. For time-sensitive coverage inquiries, call (571) 662-8985. Submission of a request does not guarantee a response within a particular period.
Accurate and appropriate submissions
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share.
